Today's Flower; Blåveis - Hepatica nobilis

Check out beautiful flowers from all over the world!
Today's Flower is hosted by LUIZ SANTILLI JR. - DENISE GULLICKSON - LAERTE PUPO - DENISE B. CASTRO - thank you to all of them for this lovely meme! And -

HAPPY BIRTHDAY 17. april LUIZ!

Hepatica nobilis

This little spring flower is not only blue! The colors vary from white, pale blue, blue, pink and purple. I dont't have a photo of the flower in white, but pale blue together with dark blue is pretty, and show the contrast between them!

And here som om them in purple:

Hepatica nobilis2

And then - some guys having a problem deciding what color they want! - Should I be blue - ehm.. come to think of it ........ maybe white .....?

Hepatica nobilis4

- Blue - no - I go for purple - aah, NOT pink!!

Hepatica nobilis3

- Blue - yes purple! Ehm - with a touch of white....perhaps...

And it all starts from this little bud!

Now, these are extremely pretty. I especially love the first photo with the dark blue one.

Thank you for posting my all time favourite flower!
I have one little plant that barely survives but does not flower due to our climatic conditions and more acidic than alkaline soil.

Otroliga bilder på dessa blåsippor. Helt underbara.

The dark blue one truly captures the eye, but they are all pretty flowers.

Oh so fascinating, just like watching those little flowers bloom and grow. They are lovely and unusual. I was in Norway a few years back and found it so lovely and charming. Toured with a friend of mine who is an entertainer. It was wonderful.

Gorgeous!! Some of those colour combinations are interesting but not especially pretty! I like the blue and white spotted the best, though. The contrast with the pink in the stamens is perfect!!

Valkyrien,

Your flowers are always fantastic!
Very well taken also, my friend!
I´m in the beach, 90 km from São Paulo and here the net is very slow!
So I´m later in my comments.
Thanks for all!
